



No. 3482, playing four lively dance airs accompanied by six bells struck by two Mandarin automata and a well-dressed monkey with spectacles, with original painted decoration, articulated heads and arms, 100 teeth in musical comb and six teeth in percussion comb (all complete), serpentine winding handle with double-fingered grip, retailer's tune-sheet of "Carlo Stolberg jun., Bahnhofstr. 38, Bremen", attractively figured veneered case with inlay of eagle on the front and trailing alpine flowers on the lid, wd. 19 ½ in. (50 cm), inner glass lid slightly warped. Superb restored playing condition. A most unusual format and set of arrangements.
