Juncker Jensen the Elder, photographer, partly in collaboration with the sculptor and medalist J. Klein. The images are set behind domed glass. The level of detail in the spatial rendering is remarkable. 1) Portrait 1898 of Augusta Blad (1871–1953), a member of the Dagmarteatret theater ensemble and, after 1910, the Kongelige Teater (Royal Theatre). Discovered by the film industry in 1910, she became a silent film star and was considered the successor to Asta Nielsen. She ended her film career after 1920 to focus on the theater. The frame (27.5 x 28 cm) for the image (18 cm diameter) is by Drejer Henriksen, Christianshavn. – 2) Gentleman wearing a bow tie, dated 1899; frame 27.5 x 27.5 cm (designed to be hung diagonally), image diameter 18 cm. Possibly – given the nearly identical frame size – Blad's husband from 1899 to 1904, fellow actor Anton Vilhelm Wiehe. – 3) Portrait of Margrethe Dorph-Petersen (1876–1962), wife of the writer Ludvig Charles Nielsen (1871–1930); frame 22 x 22 cm, image diameter 13 cm. – And: 4) Young woman, dated 1898; frame 22 x 22 cm, image diameter 13 cm. Possibly – given the frame size matching image no. 3 – her sister-in-law Bodil Marie Dorph-Petersen (1873–1964), wife of the famous architect Christen Gotfred Tvede (1863–1947).
