Bulleid, "Musical Box Tune Sheet, Second Supplement", p. 39, figure 315. Bulleid illustrates a similar tune-sheet on a musical box retailed by J. Howard Foote of New York and Chicago in around 1868. – The style of the present musical box suggests B.A. Bremond as the most likely manufacturer and serial number 6121 corresponds to Bremond's numbering during the mid-1860s.
