With Simon & Halbig bisque head, open mouth, articulated flirty blue glass eyes with mohair lashes, pierced ears, curly blonde mohair wig, adult papier-mâché body with shoulder-plate and bisque hands, one raised aloft, the other resting on her hips, on velvet-covered base with single-air going-barrel movement causing the dancer to turn back and forth 45° on her right heel, while stamping her left foot, twirling the tambourine, swaying her head and glancing left and right, in elaborate original costume: burgundy velvet bolero jacket, lace mantilla, gold silk stockings and (very fragile) cream brocade dress trimmed with silk flowers, ribbons, silk-covered balls and faceted metallic beads, ht. 20 ¾ in. (52 cm), good working condition, wig not removed.
